Frequently Asked Questions

Requests?  Requests are taken on a first come first served basis during the registration period. This does not only pertain to date of registration but date of payment. We do our best to honor as many requests as possible but still have to adhere to the rules of forming a team. There are some instances where we may not be able to meet your requests at all but that is often due to the coach or player being requested not having signed up.

I did my registration online. How do I know if it went through correctly? All registrations are sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this confirmation email please email the manager at  pscmanager@outlook.com to find out what happened. Most often the reason for a confirmation not going through is failure to pick a payment method. You must pick a payment method for your registration to go through.

My child is a returning player, can you save their spot on their team? No, we will not save spots. If you are a returning player, your best option is to register and pay right away to ensure their request is at the front.

What is your refund policy?  Prairie Soccer Club will not issue a refund once a player has participated in a sanctioned game or practice. Prior to participating in the first sanctioned game or practice, a refund will be given for the registration fee less an administrative fee.

All refunds are subject to a $30 Administration Fee.

Can my child play down an age group?  Almost always , the answer is no. We encourage children to play in their appropriate age groups for development and safety reasons. There are certain circumstances where permission may be asked from TCYSA and Washington Youth Soccer.

Can my child play up? Yes, but they need to be prepared for it physically and mentally. Typically, we do not recommend playing up more than 1 years, however a final decision will be made by the appropriate board member(s).
