Requests?

Special requests must be made at time of registration, as registrations are processed as a first come, first serve basis. This is based upon registration date and payment date. We try our best to accommodate all special requests, but some instances (coach sign ups, number of registrations, etc.) can make this very difficult.

I did my registration online. How do I know if it went through correctly?

All registrations are sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this confirmation email please email the manager at pscmanager@outlook.com to find out what happened.

My child is a returning player, can you save their spot on their team?

 We do not save spots nor have seniority at PSC. It is highly recommended to register as soon as possible in order for us to try to get your player back on the team they wish to be on! We do our best each season to keep teams together, if possible, and if requested at time of registration.

What is your refund policy?

 Prairie Soccer Club will not issue a refund once a player has participated in a sanctioned game or practice. Prior to participating in the first sanctioned game or practice, a refund will be given for the registration fee less an administrative fee.

All refunds are subject to a $30 Administration Fee. 

Can my child play down an age group?

Almost always, the answer is no. We encourage children to play in their appropriate age groups for development and safety reasons. There are certain circumstances where permission may be asked from TCYSA and Washington Youth Soccer.
