Prairie soccer club is looking for a individual that would like to work with the Families of Yelm and help facilitate a great soccer culture.
Currently we are looking for a new club manager to help run the clubs day to day operations. This is a remote position and training can begin as soon as you are ready.

Soccer Club Manager
The club manager handles the day-to-day operations of the soccer club including registration and team management. This is a remote, contract-based position.
Prairie Soccer Club is a recreational soccer club serving children in the Yelm area brackets
u5-u19 . We want the children to learn about a great sport and how to be part of a team, as well as getting some outdoor athletic engagement.
Duties:
Create and open online registration through Team Sideline for coaches and players
Assign players to teams while also meeting parent requests for coaches, teams, and friends
Work with other Clubs to maintain a working environment to help in placement of players that may not otherwise have a team
Call/email parents when coaches are needed
Submit field requests to Yelm Community Schools, City of Yelm, and any place suitable for soccer
Create dates for Supermod soccer
Post game schedule on website as well as emailing each player and coach the schedule
Provide each coach with a detailed roster
Providing coaches with all needed paperwork to maintain their teams
Communicate equipment needs to Equipment manager
Answer phone calls regarding registration
Walk parents through how to register online
Maintain and appropriately respond to all emails and phone calls regarding the club
Field initial complaints and forward on to the appropriate board member if needed
Maintain club office, files and equipment
Check mail at post office every other day during open registration and once a week during down time
Attend all board meetings and/or submit a report to board members
Maintain and update website and Facebook page as needed
Organize picture day for Supermod soccer
Create tournament specific rosters with guest players when allowed for teams entering into tournaments both during and in between the regular soccer season
Serve as a liaison between coaches and school
district
Help coaches through clearance process
