OPEN POSITIONS - Director of Administration

The Director of Administration will be responsible for keeping the Board members and Coaches in compliance with the Risk Management Assessment (RMA).The Director will also work with TCYSA and the Club manager with registration of teams and or players. The Director will verify that WSYSA processes are being followed (e.g. in age verification, head injury awareness and education). The Director will fill in for the Club manager as needed. Assists with team sorting Coordinates RMA clearance process Coordinate registration assistance Provides backup to club Manager in her absence

REFUND POLICY

Prairie Soccer Club will not issue a full refund once a player has been sorted into a team or after regular registration is over.  All refunds are subject to a $30 Administration Fee.  After child has played in a practice there will be no refund. Coaches are given credits for following seasons. These are not refunds.

REFEREE FEEDBACK

TCYSA has created a new electronic feedback form for referees. Please feel free to provide both positive and needs improvement feedback on this form. It can be found on the TCYSA website under Referee Feedback.
